The Machine-building division of the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" is one of the largest energy machine-building holdings in Russia.

Floating power units are designed to provide energy for coastal and remote areas with underdeveloped power infrastructure, as well as industrial facilities where the construction of large power plants is not feasible.
Floating power units (FPU) offer a continuous base-load power source with a lifecycle of up to 60 years. They provide a stable and predictable electricity tariff throughout the lifecycle, without dependence on hydrocarbon prices.
FPUs do not produce CO2 emissions during energy production and use, helping to protect the unique local environment.
