HOW IT WAS IN 2024

Департамент предпринимательства и инновационного развития Москвы поддерживает малый и средний бизнес на всех этапах, формируя благоприятный бизнес-климат и внедряя инновации. Предпринимателям доступны бесплатные консультации, образовательные программы и финансовая поддержка. Город создаёт технопарки для локализации производства, поддерживает экспорт московских товаров, а для продвижения местных брендов работает проект "Сделано в Москве".

Государственный специализированный Российский экспортно-импортный банк (акционерное общество) был создан в 1994 году, чтобы реализовывать на практике государственную политику стимулирования и поддержки экспорта российской продукции. Банк успешно реализует экспортные проекты с странах СНГ, АТР, БРИКС, Латинской Америки и других государствах. Функции Банка как института развития РФ, реализующего мероприятия по поддержке экспорта, закреплены в Федеральном законе от 08.12.2003 № 164-ФЗ (ред. от 01.05.2019) "Об основах государственного регулирования внешнеторговой деятельности" РОСЭКСИМБАНК входит в Группу Российского экспортного центра. Лицензия ЦБ РФ №2709-Г от 05.02.2015

Российское агентство по страхованию экспортных кредитов и инвестиций (ЭКСАР) создано в 2011 году. Агентство является специализированным государственным институтом поддержки экспорта для реализации страхового инструментария защиты экспортных кредитов и инвестиций. ЭКСАР является национальным экспортным кредитным агентством (ЭКА). С момента создания Агентства государством сформировано и реализуется ряд системных инициатив по обеспечению стимулов развития экспортной деятельности как на уровне национальной экономики, так и в отношении отдельных направлений и секторов (инновации, авиастроение, с/х продукция, экспорт предприятий МСП и пр.). Основная цель деятельности ЭКСАР – поддержка высокотехнологичного экспорта и инвестиций за рубеж посредством страхования предпринимательских и (или) политических рисков.
