All stages of insulin production take place at the company's own manufacturing facilities within the country, ensuring independence from imports.

The company's infrastructure includes three major sites: a research and development center for the full cycle of original and generic drug development (located in St. Petersburg, Strelnya), a manufacturing facility in Obolensk, Moscow region, and another manufacturing facility in Pushkin, St. Petersburg.

1. RinFast® Nik – a new fast-acting insulin developed to improve glycemic control in adults and children with diabetes. The active ingredient is insulin aspart 100 IU/ml, with nicotinamide as an excipient that speeds up insulin absorption for quicker action.

2. RinFast® – one of the most widely used prandial insulin analogs, with an ultra-fast action. It features a substitution of the amino acid proline with asparagine at position 28 in the B-chain of insulin.

3. RinGlar® – a basal insulin analog that maintains a stable physiological concentration of basal (background) insulin. It is the most widely used basal insulin analog and is considered a reference product for all basal insulin analogs.

GEROPHARM's preclinical and clinical trials comply with both Russian and European standards, and its products have been confirmed to have identical physicochemical properties to reference products.

Leading research centers under the Russian Ministry of Health have proven the safety and comparable pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profiles of GEROPHARM's insulin products with their respective comparators.

All GEROPHARM insulin products are manufactured in Russia using a full-cycle process at the company's facilities.
