2024-10-14 08:00
During the session "Entering New Markets Together with 'Export Professionals,'" current challenges faced by Russian exporters were discussed, along with effective methods for overcoming them. The "Export Professionals" service on the state digital platform "My Export" unites more than 500 accredited partners in the field of foreign economic activity (FEA), offering services on a specialized B2B platform.

"On the 'Export Professionals' service, we found an expert both for organizing transportation and for preparing the export contract. Currently, we plan to order a search for new buyers to establish ourselves in the foreign market. For us, as exporters, it is important that there is such a service that allows us to quickly find the right partner in one place to resolve our issues. We just submit a request and receive responses," noted Dina Koryakina, head of the export division at the company "Sudislavl-Torf."

Representatives from partner companies participated in the discussion, sharing their experiences, discussing common mistakes made by exporters, and providing recommendations for preventing them. Anna Trubetskaya, an expert in finding and selecting foreign partners, highlighted the opportunities currently available to Russian entrepreneurs in foreign markets. She emphasized the importance of actively searching for and analyzing potential partners to minimize risks and increase the chances of successful cooperation.

Pavel Troshchinsky, head of the Analytics Research Center for China at the Russian-Chinese Guild of Commerce (SOVED), pointed out that in light of changing economic factors, the conditions of foreign trade transactions must be carefully developed. He stressed that the correct legal wording can be a decisive factor in the successful execution of export deals. Exporters can find such support through the "Export Professionals" service.

Anastasia Cherezova, a representative of the logistics company "Modern Forwarding," discussed the main transportation routes and additional services offered by logistics companies, including payment services. She noted that choosing a reliable logistics partner and optimizing transportation routes play a key role in successful exports.

"Russian export-oriented companies are experiencing an increasing need for support from professionals amid constantly changing external conditions. Utilizing digital platforms like 'Export Professionals' can significantly reduce the time spent searching for a verified export service operator and lower risks in executing export projects," concluded Arthur Zyvalov, director of partner infrastructure development and non-financial products at the Russian Export Center.

The primary goal of "Export Professionals" is to create a space where companies engaged in foreign trade can find experienced partners to address various tasks related to organizing export operations. The service started operating in 2021. Currently, 39 services across 9 areas are available to exporters. These include market research, buyer searches, legal and logistical support, intellectual property services, and promotion services.

Additionally, the organizer of the International Export Forum "Made in Russia" is the Russian Export Center (part of VEB.RF). General partners are EKSAR and ROSEXIMBANK. The partner of the business program is the Government of Moscow. The operator of the forum's business program is the Roscongress Foundation.
