💳 In the context of unprecedented global transformations and growing competition, the CIS countries are becoming more than just neighboring territories for Russia, but a field for strategic struggle for economic influence and sales markets.
The "Made in Russia" forum hosted a session titled "Economic Impulse in the CIS: Strengthening Competitive Positions in the Context of Globalization."
The Russian Export Center, in partnership with the VTsIOM Analytical Center, held a discussion to collaborate with businesses and experts to find effective solutions for Russian companies in the rapidly developing markets of neighboring countries.
💡 What did the REC study reveal?
🔵 More than half of Russian companies plan to expand in neighboring markets.
🔵 Our businesses are seeing significant demand for support in finding buyers and organizing international exhibitions and business missions.
🔵 Developing advertising support.
🔵 Besides the EAEU and CIS countries, China, the Middle East, ASEAN, and South Asia remain the most promising export markets.
▫️ For five years, the Russian Export Center has been developing the "My Export" digital platform—a comprehensive ecosystem that meets all exporter needs. More than 2 million services have already been provided!
📊 VTsIOM on CIS consumers
For most CIS countries, Russia is a key economic partner.
This is especially true for Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan (59% of residents each consider us a priority), Tajikistan (46%), and Azerbaijan (43%). Residents of these countries value Russian food products, clothing, household chemicals, and building materials for their high quality, optimal price-quality ratio, and competitive availability.
