Synergy for success: see how public and private partnerships can change Russia's export landscape

International Forum "Made in Russia" will hold the discussion entitled "New opportunities in the times of change: corporations as the driving force for small and medium business exports development." The event bringing together both large Russian enterprises and small and medium businesses (SMEs), will be held with kind support of Rosatom.

In the context of today's challenges both large holdings and SMEs have to deal with, it is important to discuss the role of big business acting as the driving force for export potential of small and medium businesses. Large enterprises having the margin of safety, diversified assets and years of experience in the field of foreign economic activity, have been able to adapt to the new challenges promptly, by refocusing on the markets of friendly countries. However, despite that, many SME companies find it hard to establish the new sales channels abroad.

The session participants will discuss the opportunities offered to small and medium enterprises by large corporations, as well as ways to build up efficient interaction between them. The participants will discuss prospective collaboration areas that could become part of the uniform ecosystem, as well as steps to be taken to create effective partnerships.

The organizers have noted that the event will become an essential location for exchange of opinions and working out of joint solutions contributing to development of the export potential of Russian companies in the changing landscape of the global market.
