Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group) and Channel One will jointly promote Russian products under the Made in Russia national brand. The corresponding agreement was signed on October 21 at the Made in Russia International Export Forum by REC Director Veronika Nikishina and Channel One CEO Konstantin Ernst.
The collaboration includes joint initiatives to promote Russian goods and services under the Made in Russia brand through information projects highlighting the achievements of domestic business, science, technology, and creative industries.
"While we promote the national brand and generate demand for Russian products abroad, Made in Russia certainly starts here. Our partnership with Channel One will allow us to share the success stories of our exporters with millions of viewers, inspiring our compatriots and strengthening trust in Made in Russia around the world," Veronika Nikishina, General Director of Russian Export Center.
"Our agreement is another opportunity to help the country take the place it has long aspired to," Konstantin Ernst.
Separately, Russian Export Center and Channel One agreed to rebrand the All-Russian Exporter of the Year award next year.
