Russian export leaders were congratulated on their outstanding achievements and personally presented with awards by representatives of federal government agencies and heads of key business associations, including First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov, Chair of the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Galina Karelova, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation Sergey Katyrin, and President of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship Opora Rossii Alexander Kalinin.
The winners and runners-up of the All-Russian International Cooperation and Export Award were traditionally determined in two stages. First, the best companies were identified at the level of each of the eight federal districts, and then the country's strongest exporters were selected from among the leaders of the district stages. The award was presented in 20 nominations, including 12 main categories (for SMEs and large businesses) and 8 additional categories. The competition is held as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project with the support of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, and the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.

This year, more than 1,500 applications were submitted. The most active were exporters from the Omsk (117 applications), Volgograd (104) regions, as well as Krasnodar Krai (103), Moscow (81), and Nizhny Novgorod (72) regions.
It is important to note that the results of the 2025 award demonstrated not only the strengthening of the export position of domestic businesses, but also the effectiveness of Russian Export Center's tools: 38% of this year's winners have a Made in Russia certificate, and 92% actively use the services on My Export state digital platform.
