MAER Media is becoming a media partner for the state-run Made in Russia national brand promotion program to strengthen support for domestic exporters. The company will offer program participants special terms on international advertising and will actively disseminate information about the benefits of Made in Russia throughout the Russian Federation.

The corresponding memorandum of cooperation was signed on October 21 at the Made in Russia International Export Forum by Veronika Nikishina, General Director of Russian Export Center (REC, VEB.RF Group), and Konstantin Mayor, owner and General Director of the MAER Media.

"The Made in Russia label is more than just a label, it's a powerful tool for promoting Russian companies internationally under a single, trusted brand. Our program aims to make Russian products truly competitive in the global battle for consumers. We are confident that in today's world, where the battle for consumer attention is 24/7, an effective marketing strategy is essential. That's why it's so important that MAER, an expert in advertising, now joins our team. Their deep understanding of the market, creative approach, and extensive experience in brand promotion will undoubtedly help Made in Russia program participants not only make a strong statement but also confidently establish themselves in international markets,” Veronika Nikishina, General Director of Russian Export Center.

MAER has been operating in the advertising market since 2003 and boasts extensive experience. The media holding specializes in various outdoor advertising formats, including media facades, digital super sites (DSS), and rooftop structures. MAER's network also includes over 5,000 screens in cafes, restaurants, and logistics centers.

"We are pleased to become part of the Made in Russia program and provide our partners with unique promotional opportunities. Our experience and resources will provide program participants with a powerful tool for entering new markets. MAER will provide Made in Russia program participants with the opportunity to advertise on international platforms under special conditions. Furthermore, we will actively promote the benefits of participating in the program using our advertising space throughout Russia. Our collaboration with REC will extend beyond outdoor advertising to mass media," Konstantin Mayor, owner and CEO of MAER Media.

The company previously acquired a network of federal and regional media outlets, which includes nearly three dozen publishing houses and more than 200 channels and public pages on social media.

It's worth noting that Konstantin Mayor, CEO of MAER, has also become an ambassador for the Made in Russia national brand. Furthermore, the company successfully completed voluntary certification under the Made in Russia program and received a certificate in the uniqueness category, confirming the high quality and originality of its services.

The Made in Russia certification is based on the company's proprietary technological solutions for digital outdoor advertising, including an operating system for Wi-Fi sniffers, storage system, analytics, MAC address provisioning, and a programmatic platform integrated with a customer data platform (CDP) and operating using O2O technology.

It is worth noting that MAER became the first company to be certified under the updated Made in Russia Voluntary Certification Rules, adopted by Russian Export Center on June 11, 2025. These updates are primarily designed for Russian developers of software and integrated solutions.

The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinates the Made in Russia program as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project. Russian Export Center is primarily responsible for supporting and implementing the program.
